Our Location

Great Northern Resort is located one mile from the west entrance to Glacier National Park. We are approximately 25 minutes from Glacier International Airport. Missoula is 2-2 1/2 hours south of us and Spokane 4-5 hours west. When traveling east on Highway 2 the resort is on the left side of the road across from Glacier Rawhide Restaurant - you'll see the red caboose on the hill. Coming west you will pass our neighbor Glacier Heli Tours. Turn right onto the next driveway and join us for refreshments or lodging, rafting, fishing or kayaking. Our peak season begins in June and goes through August. For your convenience the office staff is available seven days a week.
