Our Glacier lodging consists of handsome log chalet accommodations, a perfect base for exploring beautiful Glacier National Park. Glacier lodging at Great Northern Whitewater Raft and Resort is available in three sizes: 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom chalets.
 
These chalets are "turn-key ready" for your family or group. The floor plan for Moose, Wapiti and Tatonka was designed for friendly gatherings and adequately supplied with quality/colorful products for all your personal needs. Every chalet is also furnished with a sleeper sofa and a grill on the deck.
 
TATONKA - 3 bedroom chalet:
Upper Level - full bath with tub/shower combination, the first bedroom has 2 queen size beds in it, the second bedroom has 1 queen size bed.
Lower Level - kitchen, cozy fireplace, sitting area, TV and a couch that can be opened up into 1 queen size bed.
Basement Level - full bath with a shower, 2 twin size beds, sitting area and TV.
 
MOOSE and WAPITI - 2 bedroom chalets:
Upper Level - full bath with tub/shower combination, the first bedroom has 2 queen size beds in it, the second bedroom has 1 queen size bed.
Lower Level - half bath, kitchen, cozy fireplace, sitting area, TV and a couch that can be opened up into 1 queen size bed.
 
Our smaller chalets have efficiency kitchens and a shower or tub/shower combination, with 2 queen size beds upstairs. The great looking units are extremely clean, comfortable and cozy. Like the larger chalets these smaller lodging units are tastefully decorated in a Glacier Country theme. You will feel like you are a part of this amazing Glacier Wilderness area.
 
TWO BEAR - 1 bedroom chalet:
Upper Level - 2 queen size beds in one spacious bedroom.
Lower Level - 1 bathroom with a shower/tub combination, kitchenette, cozy fireplace, sitting area, TV and a couch that opens up into 1 queen bed.

OSPREY - 1 bedroom chalet:
Upper Level - 2 queen size beds in one spacious bedroom.
Lower Level - 1 bathroom with a shower, kitchenette, cozy fireplace, sitting area, TV and a couch that opens up into 1 queen bed.
 
All lodging comes complete with televisions and upper and lower decks (including a gas grill) overlooking our beautifully landscaped lawns and the mountains of Glacier National Park. At Great Northern Whitewater Rafting we take pride in blending with our natural surroundings and our flowers, trees and grounds prove it. Many guests enjoy relaxing on the lawns just gazing into the surrounding mountain peaks of Glacier National Park.

Located 1 mile from West Glacier (the west entrance to Glacier National Park ) and within walking distance of local restaurants and shops, our chalets are a perfect spot for retreats, romantic getaways, family reunions, or a vacation base camp. Great Northern Chalets - Lodging Reservation and Cancellation Policy: 
During peak season we require 3-night minimum stays in our chalets. We do not allow smoking or pets in our chalets. All accommodations require a deposit of 50% by credit card payable at the time of reservation. The balance of 50% is due 45 days prior to arrival. Your credit card will be automatically processed for the balance on the 45th day. All reservations taken within 45 days of your stay require the full payment. 1-2 night stays may be available within the summer season due to cancellations. When available they require full payment at the time of reservation. Our cancellation policy is strictly enforced: For cabin reservations, cancellations made more than 45 days prior to cabin rental will receive a refund less 25% of the total; cancellations within 45 days are non-refundable but 75% of total may be applied to a trip or cabin stay within the following year.
